Beaver Creek Gardens

Founded in 2009 by Cheri Doetch, Beaver Creek Gardens is a community-supported agriculture (CSA) program on Somers Farm. Its mission is to reduce its carbon footprint and involve the community in the production of local food.

Beaver Creek Gardens offers 9—or 18-week 3/4—or 1/2-bushel boxes of fruits and vegetables between late June and October. In addition, Cheri runs a Saturday store with in-season vegetables available for purchase.

Beaver Creek also runs a worker share program that teaches participants vegetable production from seed to harvest.
