Enterprise Garden

Enterprise gardening allows Somers Farm to discover suitable crops for growing for a large market. It also allows for education on different plants while fulfilling supply and demand. 

Our enterprise garden consists of 14 plots seeded with multiple different species of plants, from medicinal herbs to vegetables, surrounded by our showcase garden sown with annual and perennial flowers to create a magnificent-looking garden.

We hope to utilize our enterprise garden to research alternative crops, human interventions, risk, market access, and potential profitability.
