Founded in 2009 by Cheri Doetch, Beaver Creek Gardens is a community supported agriculture (CSA) located on Somers Farm with the mission to reduce carbon footprint and involve the community with local food from the farm.

Beaver Creek Gardens offers 9 or 18 week - 3/4 bushel boxes of fruits and vegetables between late June and October. In addition, Cheri runs a Saturday store with in season vegetables for purchase.

Beaver Creek Gardens also runs a workershare program that teaches the participants vegetable production from seed to harvest. There are spots available for 2023.
